How does our mobile patrol services work and what happens in case of break in?
- When deployed our mobile patrol guards will check the perimeter of your premises and ensure all doors, windows and any other access entry points are safe and secured and free from signs of break in. Should damage or signs of intrusion be detected during initial checks, our mobile patrol officers will work with our 24/7 control room and Police forces to remove any trespassers or intruders and secure your property.
- Should a break-in occur, and once the property is secured, our 24/7 control room will liaise with our panel of carefully approved service providers to attend and fix any damaged entry points, including doors and windows, boarding up, etc. Our client and their emergency contacts will be informed and kept updated with the development of the situation until the property is fully secured. Our security patrol guards will stay in attendance until the property is fully secured and safe. A report will be provided with the full summary of events, which can be used to assist the client with any insurance claims.
