Our company ensures that all operators meet the British standards BS 7958:2015 for CCTV management and operational code of practice. We thoroughly vet our operators by checking their five years of employment history, references, SIA license, criminal record, and financial situation. In addition to this, our senior management team members conduct interviews and tests to assess their knowledge of the sector, situational skills and proficiency in using surveillance equipment and techniques. We closely monitor them during their probationary period to ensure that we deploy only highly competent CCTV operators. The majority of our operational security staff have police or military backgrounds and have previous surveillance experience in their respective roles.
