Our security guard would have the keys to the flat, would go in weekly to check there are no issues re e.g. leaks, windows, damages or break-in hazards, water the plants, take in any packages or post, send you pictures and potentially need to open correspondence if requested to do so.
Our security role would be really a matter of checking the flat inside and make sure it doesn’t show you are away for a long stretch. We can do this from 1 hour a week for a couple of months over the summer or for as long as you require us to do so.
